The first one really suits your logo and gives you room for Ad space...looks like a fun and creative site.  The second one is more conservative, but professional.  

 

Don't loose yourself in the design process, stick to what is close to your personality and you won't be board working on it everyday!

I like the 1st one better,

I like the 1st one better, its more emo, hence goes with 'freak tv', the 2nd one is less cluttered, but not as fun.
